Wichita, Kan. - The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference has announced Cecilia Burley as the Track Athlete of the Week.

Burley a Junior from Ponca City, Oklahoma finished second out of 29 runners in the 1500-meter race at the Emporia State Invitational. Her time of 4:41.96 bests the school record by 5 seconds and qualifies her for NAIA Nationals under the "A" Standard.
