Wichita, Kan. - In partnership with Bishop Carroll High School and the Kansas State High School Activities Association a Class 5A Regional Track Meet will be held at Adair-Austin Stadium on the campus of Friends University on Friday, May 18^th.

The meet will be facilitated by the Athletic Department of Bishop Carroll and will include teams such as Ark City, Goddard, Wichita West, Kapaun Mt. Carmel, Bishop Carroll, Goddard-Eisenhower, Liberal, and Winfield High Schools.

"We believe this is a great opportunity to host a championship event" stated Friends University Director of Athletics Joe Zimmerman. "Larry Dostert (BCCHS A.D.) and the entire staff at Bishop Carroll organize and facilitate a great event. We look forward to some great track competition".

Student athletes participating in this regional will aim to qualify for the KSHSAA State Championships which will be held at Wichita State University May 25 & 26.
